CANCELLATION: ON the day of appointment or the day BEFORE the appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 15% of the scheduled service. Which will need to be pay before scheduling another appointment along with a NEW deposit fee. LATE: (There is a grace period of 10 minutes) after the 10 minutes of you show up requesting to be seen there will be a fee of $20 only if we are able to still take you in. CHANGE IN SERVICES: Multiple appointments options are available, which means once booked those time slots are booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule one of the services PLEASE notify your technician 2 days in advance. If you cancel on the day of appointment a service. You WIlL BE charged 50% of that service that is being canceled. If you would like to ADD a service to an existing appointment PLEASE notify the technician a 1 week in advance just in case the time slot is not available or to accommodate accordingly. There is no guarantee that we can ADD a service on the day of your appointment if no NOTIFICATION was given. NO SHOWS: After 10 minutes, same day cancellation, no shows, or no notification will result in a charge of 50% of the service automatically charged to card on file. We will run card ONE time if declined, ALL fees for your next appointment will be collected in full upon booking. After second NO SHOW I will require full payment before approving appointments. After 3rd NO SHOW I will NO longer book your appointments.
